Time for Basil

This week the strong, summery smell of basil floated out of our bag of produce.  I can't wait to use it in a risotto or soup, and to try out some of our other veggies:

- zucchini

- squash

- cucumber

- green garlic

- spring onions

- kohlrabi

- escarole

- cabbage
