On Saturday I put in my order with Edible Garden for this week's co-op offering. We are getting:-hydroponic tomatoes and cucumbers
-Winesap apples
-collard greens
-garlic
-acorn squash
I pick it up Thursday and am excited to have some variety in my winter produce routine.
